Each blade is cryo-hardened with liquid nitrogen to enhance its sharpness and durability, making it precise enough to create paper-thin slices yet tough enough to resist chipping. This versatile santoku combines the capabilities of a chef’s knife and a cleaver to make easy work of mincing and slicing.
Blade is made of fully forged X50CrMoV15 German stainless steel.
Provides rust-resistance, optimal durability and lasting sharpness.
